This building stands on a square area about 1500 m2. It consists of the main building that looks like wings. Its top is Ngang Shan where two of its top is bent into the updraft. Its top is decorated with two dragon sculptures facing to each other with vertical tails.

On the devotion room, there are devotion altar, bedug and rings. This altar is dedicated to Kwan Tee Koen, Kong Ce Cu Ong and Tien Song Su Bo that are considered by Taoisme as the Personage. On the east side of the devotion room, there is a devotion room for Fuk Tek Cen Sen.

On the north side, there is a flat building for Dhyani Bodhisatva Avalokitesvara represented by Goddess Kwan Im in the center of the room. On the right side, there is devotion room for Budha Gautama. On the left side, there is a devotion room for Dhyani Bodhisatva Manjusri. Going further to the left side of this building, there is a devotion room for U Tien Sien Nie and Kong Hu Cu.  On the west side of the main room, there is a devotion room for Tie Cong Ong Poo Sat and Cung Sen Tien.

On this kelenteng, the gospel of Tao is more intended. However, devotion room for Budhists and Konghucu are also provided.
