The year of 1996 became one of important era for the development of Adisucipto. There were terminal renovation for passengers and at the same time, there was an expansion for landing zone (runway) from 1.850 meter to 2.200 meter for handling huge airplanes. Then the airport was raised from domestic airport to international airport with additional flight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

TIPS & TRICKS
1. Before departure, check your baggage. Make small notes for your own need.
2. Prepare the ticket and keep it safe but it is still easy for you to pick it up.
3. Come thirty minutes earlier from the schedule.
4. In arrival, you don’t have your friend to pick you up, don’t worry. There are many taxi available for you to go anywhere anytime. Notice the argo and or dare to bargain.
